A memory palace is a large thing to decide on. If it turns out not to be right for you or your family, we make leaving as gentle as arriving.
If this place turns out not to be right for you or your family, tell us within 30 days and we will return every cent, no questions asked. The plot opens again for another family, and everything you uploaded stays available for you to download for 90 days.

What happens on a refund
The plot opens again for another family and the memory palace is unpublished. Everything the family uploaded remains available for them to download for 90 days, then it is deleted. Nothing you made is held back, and nothing lingers without your say. Refunds are processed through Polar, our merchant of record.
