Report content
A public memory palace can hold remembrances and photographs left by people we do not know. If something here is wrong, tell us, and a person will look at it.
Write to support@hereafterall.com with the word Report in the subject. We review every report and respond within 3 business days, and we act on valid requests.
What you can report
A whole memory palace, a single photograph or recording, a remembrance or comment left by a visitor, or an account that pretends to be someone it is not. In particular, tell us about a photograph or writing used without the right to use it, an impersonation of a person or a family, content that targets or harasses a living person, and a memory palace made for someone without the consent of the family who has the standing to remember them.
What to include
The link to the memory palace or the exact item, so we can find it. A short description of what is wrong. Who you are and your connection to the person or the material, for example that you are the family, the executor, or the owner of a photograph. If the report is about copyright, tell us what the work is and that you hold the rights or act for the person who does. You do not need a lawyer or a form to reach us.
What we do
We look at every report a person sends. We may ask a question or two to understand it. While we review a credible claim, we may temporarily hide the memory palace or the item so no one is harmed in the meantime. If a request is valid, we remove the content, correct it, or unpublish the memory palace, and we tell you what we did. We decide in good faith, and where families disagree we give weight to those closest to the person. Reporting in bad faith, to silence a family that has every right to remember someone, is itself a misuse of this channel.

If you are the owner of a photograph, a recording, or writing that appears here without permission, send us the notice above and identify the work and your rights in it. We act on valid copyright claims. Formal legal notices, including takedown requests, can go to the same address and reach a person.
